Best of Show in Kansas City
At the 2026 Divine Intervention Tattoo Convention in Kansas City, I worked alongside Luna Tattoo on a large-scale portrait collaboration.
The finished piece combined realistic shading, bold color and graphic divisions across the composition. It received Best of Show — Collaboration at the end of the convention.
Portrait, Color & Contrast
The design centers on a female portrait divided into contrasting sections. Black & grey shading gives the face depth, while red, orange, yellow and green accents create movement across the piece.
Fine lines, geometric separations and ornamental details connect the different areas without losing the expression of the portrait.
Best of Show — Collaboration
The completed tattoo received Best of Show — Collaboration at Divine Intervention Tattoo Convention 2026.
Winning this award in Kansas City made the event especially meaningful and added another collaborative piece to my competition portfolio.
