From Full-Leg Color to Microrealism
At Ink The Bay 2024, I received three awards for work at two very different scales: a full-leg color tattoo and a small microrealism piece.
The leg piece received the Color All Sizes Champion award. My microrealism tattoo earned first place in Microrealism / One Inch Tattoo and second place in Tattoo of the Day. The photographs below show both pieces, the leg tattoo in progress, and moments from the convention.

Small Tattoo, Big Recognition
This small brain tattoo brings together brightly colored puzzle pieces, a defined border, and a soft shadow that gives the design a raised appearance.
At Ink The Bay 2024, it earned first place in Microrealism / One Inch Tattoo and second place in Tattoo of the Day.
